I am a Senior Research Fellow in Health Economics and Policy Evaluation at the Center for Health Economics Services and Organisation (CHSEO) and the Health Economics group within the Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences (NDPCHS), Medical Sciences Division, University of Oxford, and a member of Kellogg College. I hold a DPhil (PhD) from Nuffield College, University of Oxford.
I am particularly interested in causal inference, policy evaluation, cost-effectiveness, and the use of large-scale administrative and clinical data to study healthcare systems and population health, with the aim of supporting more effective, equitable, and sustainable healthcare delivery.
My current research spans infectious and non-communicable diseases, emergency care, healthcare systems and performance, health inequalities, prevention, and the economic evaluation of healthcare programmes and policies.
